London, 1870
A Victorian doctor, obsessed by the need to find a cure for furor uterinus (commonly known as “nymphomania”), combs the city’s asylums searching for sufferers to experiment upon, but his bizarre experiments only inflame their carnal desires.

Buffalo, Present Day
A university student and his friends discover something quite unexpected while clearing a house he’s inherited: a hidden laboratory. Inside, they find a collection of beautifully tooled but improbable machines, Rube-Goldbergesque apparatuses wrenched from the fever dream of a mad scientist…and next to them, a faded experimental notebook detailing a series of extraordinary experiments designed to subject his female patient to extreme sexual stimulation, driving them far beyond the realms of reason.

Fuelled by curiosity, they recreate the Victorian doctor’s research - with entirely different goals. What they learn surprises them all.
